In this post, I will share with you exactly how to delete funnels in Clickfunnels. In fact, creating sales funnels is more challenging for most people. Even Clickfunnels is an awesome funnel builder software, but at the basic plan, we can build 20 funnels only.
Sometimes we have mistakes, want to build a new funnel from scratch again or reduce our funnel limit.
In the guide below, I will show you how to:
- Delete a funnel
- Delete funnel steps
- Delete pages
- and restore a funnel in Clickfunnels
Now, let get started!

1. How to delete funnels in clickfunnels
Follow the steps below to delete a funnel in Clickfunnels in less than 30 seconds.
Step 1: Find the funnel that you want to delete.
First, you have to go to your dashboard and then click the funnels link (it looks like a funnel).
And it’ll show you all your current funnels. Then find out the one that you want to delete.
On the right-hand corner, you can see the “Action column.”
Click on the “…” button, then click on “Archive.”
This is the fastest way to delete funnels in Clickfunnels.
Method 2: Delete it inside the workspace
Step 2.1: In the funnel building area, click on the “setting” tab on the right corner.
After selected the funnel which you want to delete, you’ll drive to the funnel management area.
Look at the right corner, and you’ll see the “Setting” tab and click on it
Step 3: Delete Funnel
Scroll to the bottom of your Settings page and click on the “Archive Funnel” button.
Bottom line: Now, your entire funnel has been removed from the sale funnel dashboard. Now you have more free space to create new funnels. Keep in mind it takes few minutes for the number of funnels to get updated (sometimes it takes 30 minutes). So don’t worry if the funnel count isn’t reduced immediately.
2. How to restore a deleted funnel
The cool thing when we used Clickfunnels is that your funnel never deleted even you archive it.
Deleting a funnel in your Clickfunnels account allows you to have more space to create new funnels in your business and is easy to manage. But it isn’t deleted forever like other platforms.
This means you could get your archived funnel back anytime you want.
Step 1: In the Funnel dashboard, click on the Archived tab (this is where all your archive funnels have been saved)
Step 2: Click on the unarchive button to restore the funnel.
3. How to delete funnel step (or delete pages in the funnel)
A funnel step is a building block in your sales funnel, where you can build your pages and create page variation for testing. It may be deleted if you no longer need that specific page for your business’s needs. For instance, maybe you want to free up space, so delete one doesn’t matter anymore?
It’s pretty much the same thing as delete a funnel in Clickfunnels
Step 1: On the account dashboard, you’ll find a Clickfunnels tab on your navigation bar. Hover over it and click on Funnels
Step 2: Select the funnel that locals the page you wish to delete
There are two methods to remove the funnel step
Step 3.1: To delete a step, hover over it and press the red x icon.
Step 3.2: Click on the step you wish to delete => scroll down and click on the Delete funnel step button.
If you want to remove the funnel step but still want to save the page design, you can click on the remove from funnel button instead.
Those funnel steps will be available at the bottom of the left sidebar, so you can add them to any funnel you want.
What should you do if you want more than 20 funnels?
In fact, you rarely need more funnel in your business. However, as a large company looking to grow their business online, e-commerce business, agency company, or freelancer – 20 funnels are not enough.
Suppose you want more than 20 funnels and 120000 traffic per month. The only way is to upgrade to the Clickfunnels Platinum plan for $297/month.
The Platinum Plan (or Etison Suite plan) is a huge upgrade for Clickfunnels, with many new features available to help you market, sell, and deliver your products online easier.

The process of deleting a Clickfunnels funnel is straightforward. If you are only using one or two funnels in your account, then it’s not necessary to upgrade for more than 20 funnels at this time.
However, if you have any plans to need more space than that number in the future, I recommend upgrading now so that you need them later on down the road (it happens!)
Note that you can save money by upgrading to the annual plan and get 2 months for free or join the Funnel Builder Secrets bundle and get 6 months using Clickfunnels for free.
