So are there any actual cons about the book itself? You just listed the slow shipping time.

  • Calvin says:

I could probably build great funnels, but I don’t know how to get any traffic. Glad to see he covers it. It’s no surprise 90% of people fail since getting traffic isn’t easy. I’d be curious to know if he had any low budget options for traffic in the book too.

  • Micah Reynolds says:

I think a niche site/blog/social media page is perfect for the “true fans”. This book seems relatively inexpensive but if you say it’s good, I will check it out. Not sure how I feel about the upsell of the funnel blackbox but seems legit if he’s offering a refund if you don’t like it. Surprised he offers a refund for the shipping of his book also, that’s pretty decent of him.

  • Rebecca says:

Whoa I didn’t even notive Robert Kiyosaki’s name at the top until I read it in your post. I still need to read his book Rich Dad Poor Dad!

Do you think Expert Secrets is more geared towards physical products or selling online courses, etc. ?

Also please do more book reviews… they are very thorough and it helps outline the key points which makes it easier for me to follow the book when I read it.

  • Rebecca says:

*Meant to say notice not notive, lol.

  • Peter says:

Printing a physical book to “give away for free” plus just pay shipping is a genius idea to launch quality upsells IMO!

Btw is ” Thank You Page Funnel Builder Secrets” really priced at $1,997 like he shows… the one in the right box… I see this all the time but wonder if they just makeup prices to get people to buy the bundle.

  • Kasper Reese says:

I liked your review. $7.95 is a decent price. Just one question though, is it filled with Upsell links in every chapter? I got a “free” ebook like this once and it was nothing but “make sure you go to this site..” on every other page. I felt like the book itself was one giant sales funnel and it could have been half the size and still relayed the same information.

    • Nc Key says:

Yes, he goes to sell something after you buy the book (You can read my review to see). However, the book has no links inside each chapter.

  • Jenna T. says:

Excellent point about people needing to build their audience first so they get their trust before sending out emails. I somehow get on random email lists and get so annoyed by them. Such a turn off when people (especially strangers) add you to their list without asking!

  • Joy Fletcher says:

Can’t believe I haven’t heard of Russell Brunson. And it’s awesome he helped Tony Robbins write his book! He must know his stuff.

Thanks for your review of the book Expert Secrets.
